First, place a microwave safe plate in the microwave for about 15 seconds, or until it’s slightly heated. Remove plate and place a few Hershey Kisses unwrapped on the plate (tip side up), just until the bottom of the Kisses becomes a touch melted. Next place a Kiss in the center of one side of a Nutter Butter cookie. Let them rest. Then repeat the process, only do so with the chocolate chips. Place one chip on the side opposite to the Kiss in the center of the cookie. Let them rest. Voila, you’re done!
